About us

Four generations of quality and excellent service

A century of experience

We have 100 years of knowhow and experience in the manufacturing of high-quality gears and gearboxes. It began with a trip to Cincinatti,United States, where the mechanic Søren Einar Jensen learned about gear manufacturing. When he returned home to Denmark, he started working in is fathers company. Later, in 1920, he established Niels Jensen and Son, as the company was originally called. The firm has been in the family ever since, and today it is owned by the fourth generation, Søren Fischer.

Randers is a company in continual development. We are always expanding our knowledge and skills to be able to offer the most dependable, effective solutions for our customers. Over the years we’ve had to move premises twice in order to accommodate our growing operations.

Building strong, long-lasting relationships with our business partners is part of our DNA. Our oldest customer has been with us since 1928, and our oldest supplier has been with us for more than 40 years. We consider our customers as partners, and we always make an extra effort to ensure their satisfaction.
